Located in Omaha’s historic Benson neighborhood, the infill project includes studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units designed for urban living.

Resident amenities include a secure lobby, community room and lounge, fitness center, and a landscaped courtyard with seasonal pool. The project emphasizes neighborhood integration, walkability, and modern urban housing density.
